How does a search begin?
With a confidential call, arranged through the office. The brief is taken directly by the sector’s specialist.
How fast does a brief move?
Full shortlist within three business days, often sooner. Sector specialists move quickly when the brief is clear.

How are candidates verified?
Every candidate is assessed, referenced and verified with CrossCheck, the house’s verification partner, before a name is ever put forward.
What does a search cost?
Fees are set out in the house’s client terms, which the office takes you through before a search begins. Ask on the first call.
For candidates
Do you charge candidates?
Never. Fees are paid by the principal who briefed the mandate.
How long until I hear back about an application?
Within 48 hours, business days. Every application is read by a person — even if it is a no, you will get a reason.
Do I need to apply through ONE Talent Group, or can I go direct?
You can do either. If you move through the house, it represents you privately and advocates on your behalf with the hiring principal.
How is my identity protected?
On every employer-facing surface you are shown by a reference, never by name or photograph. Your name reaches an employer only once the house represents you for a specific role, and only with your agreement.
How do I join the talent register?
Ask to be introduced through the register. It begins with one conversation, and you are put forward only with your consent.
For search consultants
How do I join the house as a consultant?
Send a note through the careers page. No CV is needed. The note reaches the office by email, is held in confidence, and is never entered into a database.
What does a consultant work with?
Software the house built for the way it works: a morning AI briefing drawn from your own pipeline, a CV engine that turns a raw résumé into a house document, candidates held by number, and sector walls that keep each practice’s pipeline its own.
